Orders ship from a USA-based warehouse.
Most orders are processed in 1 business day.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders of $50 or over within the continental USA. Any exceptions will be usually displayed on the product description page. Order below $50 pay a standard shipping charge of $4.85.

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii and US Protectorates, the shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and the final destination. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS or another carrier of our choice. Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge determined by the weight and the final destination of the product.

We ship to Canada

Yes, we offer standard shipping to Canada. Your shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Unfortunately, Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, tax, and duties charged by the import department of your country. International orders do not qualify for our return policy.    

Failed Delivery attempt / Refused Delivery / Incorrect Address

Most orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex and USPS. The shipping company will make up to 3 delivery attempts to deliver your order. If a package is returned to us due to 3 consecutive failed delivery attempts, or due to an incorrect address, your order will be subject to our standard return policy. A refund will be issued by deducting the amount we incurred for shipping (both ways).
